Meet the Founder

I have always needed to understand how and why. It is what makes me a problem solver — and it is what led me to over 15 years as a systems builder and operator inside cooperatives, nonprofits, and community-led organizations. I have worked as a founding executive and hands-on operator, building financial systems from the ground up, supporting multi-stakeholder governance, and turning complex operational realities into structures teams can actually use.

Through that work I learned something simple: good missions fail when the systems around them are too heavy, unclear, or disconnected from the people doing the work.

Today, through Sage & Signal, I help organizations bring that same clarity into a new era of tools and AI. The goal is not more technology. The goal is less friction, better flow, and systems that support human work instead of overwhelming it.

I am a student of the Tao, and I care deeply about communication, connection, and community. I believe systems should serve people, not the other way around. And I am still, as ever, working on my biggest puzzle: myself.
